We act for a wide range of Insolvency Practitioners, securing appointments, recovering book debts, and supporting businesses through restructuring. We also have specialist expertise in property transactions arising from insolvency.

  • Assessing whether a business can be rescued and planning restructuring strategies, including negotiations with banks and major creditors.
  • Preparing all necessary legal documentation—from pre-pack administrations to liquidator sales—to transfer viable business assets in both insolvency and non‑insolvency restructurings.
  • Recovering book debts to improve cash flow, avoid formal insolvency, and maximise returns to creditors.
  • Advising on employment law implications of business transfers, including TUPE and redundancy issues.
  • Realising commercial property assets through forced sales under fixed or floating charges.
