Victoria Savage

Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department. Victoria joined Levy & McRae in January 2015 having trained and qualified with a commercial firm in Glasgow.

Victoria has over 10 years’ experience in a wide variety of dispute matters with particular expertise in commercial litigation.  Victoria has worked on a wide variety of cases in the Sheriff Courts, the Court of Session and the Supreme Court. 

In particular, Victoria manages a diverse commercial caseload in the Court of Session.  Victoria can advise on several key areas of commercial dispute resolution, including: debt recovery and enforcement, commercial property disputes, professional negligence and actions for interdict.  Victoria has also experienced the use of mediation, where appropriate.

Victoria also has a keen interest in debt recovery.  Victoria is extremely knowledgeable within this field and secures the best and most cost-effective results for her clients. She helps clients with every step of the debt recovery process from pre-legal through to enforcement of Court Orders.

Victoria has also focused on insolvency based litigation having acted for many creditors and insolvency practitioners during the course of her career.

Victoria enjoys spending time with her young family and friends enjoying nice meals and the occasional cocktail or two.
