Carol Boyd

Carol is a Legal Director in the Commercial litigation Team.

Carol deals with a wide ranging civil litigation case load including insolvency, property litigation, contract disputes, product liability, judicial review and debt recovery matters. She has over 18 years of experience in dealing with Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters but also has acted in cases in the Supreme Court and Land Tribunal. Additionally she deals with mediations and arbitrations.

Carol has experience of dealing with commercial disputes with an international dimension and she has often worked as part of a team with lawyers from other jurisdictions in connection with those disputes.
