Stacey joined Levy and McRae in January 2021 during her Diploma at Glasgow University and commenced her traineeship in July 2021. Within her traineeship, Stacey has gained a wide range of expertise within the litigation department. Stacey assists with both criminal and civil litigation and has also spent time within our residential and commercial property department.
Stacey has been involved in a number of high profile cases and has advised clients on a wide variety of civil claims including health and safety, firearms revocations, personal injury, construction claims and has been involved in Court of Session cases instructing counsel. Stacey applied for early admission and has represented criminal clients within Sheriff Courts around Scotland.
