Saul first joined the firm as a part-time legal assistant, within the Medical Negligence, and Public Inquiry teams in September 2024. Saul later became a full-time legal assistant from November 2025, until beginning his traineeship in March 2026. Saul continues to work within the Medical Negligence and Public Inquiry teams in the first seat of his traineeship, working mostly on high-profile Public Inquiry work.
Saul also has a keen interest in both criminal and civil litigation, and was president of Dundee University’s Mooting Society while at the University.
