Heather Holden is a Client Care Consultant within L&M Medilaw and joined the team in November 2023. Heather has had a diverse career history, working with all ages and disabilities from all walks of life. Although, she may not have any legal background, all her experience has the same running threads, care, and communication.
She started her career in the fitness and beauty sector as a fitness/swimming instructor and beauty therapist. She developed her passion in this field further, expanding her knowledge into becoming a complementary therapist. Her love for helping others began here.
More recently, Heather has worked with young, disadvantaged children from traumatic backgrounds as a nurture support teacher. A very challenging, emotional yet rewarding job.
However, for most of her career and presently, Heather has worked for the NHS as an auxiliary nurse, specialising in the chaotic, varied care involved within accident and emergency and emergency surgical receiving units. Heather wholeheartedly loves caring for people especially when they are their most vulnerable.
Heather works simultaneously within the team at L&M Medilaw, incorporating her NHS experience alongside her passion to listen and to really get to know someone’s life story. She strongly believes to contributes to the formation of a unique side to an already great team. Heather truly believes Elizabeth has created a unique multidisciplinary team at L&M Medilaw that breaks down the often-intimidating legal barrier and instead offers a more approachable and holistic approach.
