Craig Christie

Craig is a civil litigator who joined Levy & McRae in July 2022 having practiced primarily at a well-renowned firm in the Central Belt where he led the litigation team in Glasgow and was the sole litigation contact at their Bathgate branch.

He has significant expertise in running complex cases in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts. He has worked in a wide range of other civil litigation matters including Fatal Accident Inquiries; professional negligence; defamation; data protection law; contract disputes; debt recovery; and contentious construction. He has regularly appeared in many hearings on behalf of his clients at Sheriff Courts across the country.

With a knack for securing results against the odds, Craig strives to get the best outcome possible for his clients in a cost-effective manner. He seeks to guide clients through the litigation process with calmness and assurance.
