Callan Turner

Callan joined Levy & McRae as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024, spending the majority of his traineeship within the firm’s Litigation department, as well as gaining experience within our Commercial Property department.

Following the completion of his traineeship in September 2026, he remains part of the Litigation team, working across a broad range of civil and criminal matters.

Callan regularly assists clients with criminal investigations, prosecutions, civil disputes and regulatory matters. He appears on behalf of clients in both criminal and civil proceedings in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and is also involved in the instruction of counsel in jury trials, High Court cases and Court of Session proceedings. He also has experience assisting clients across a wide range of litigation matters and has been involved in high-profile Public Inquiries, regulatory proceedings and professional misconduct cases.
