Maia joined the firm in September 2026 and currently works in both the civil and criminal litigation departments. She attained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Glasgow, and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She has broad experience of criminal procedure from working as a Sheriff Clerk depute in Edinburgh Sheriff Court for 4 years, in the interim.
