Donald is a Consultant and Head of Employment Law.
He has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law and was previously a director and co-owner or Law At Work, a boutique business providing employment law and health & safety support to client throughout the UK. He was key member of senior management team who lead a management buy out of LAW from Maclay, Murray & Spens Solicitors in 2012, growing the business organically and via acquisitions until its sales to Marlowe plc in 2019.
Donald can advise on all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and issues arising from business transfers. He has appeared regularly in employment tribunals throughout the UK as well as in the EAT in both Edinburgh and London.
